YogAbhyashala sprang from my own story of struggle and survival. I know what it feels like to carry overwhelm in my chest, to wake in pain and exhaustion. I’ve walked through burnout, battled hormonal chaos, and faced the ache of a disconnected body. On my mat, I found more than exercise — I found a way to heal, breath by breath. Here, I share that raw, honest path: no quick fixes, just steady practice and compassion that meets you where you are.
